Exactly, %99 people use leaked packs, and most of them are available after some time. There is also application of a certain time capsule moment/style an artist wanna achieve/present, as well as other 90's similar available assets packs/work material, to bind to this one, thus producing continuity in storyline. Time will tell - if this pack is necessity to human kind, or jut a fling.
