Check your processes and the ram consumption, check error logs. You should also get a plugin (I know one exists) that backs up your files every 5 minutes.
RAM and CPU running fine. Logs just show either graceful shutdown without commands or immediate shutdown. Plugins can't save corrupted files, and I already have a backup solution that I wrote. It's external so it has minimal impact on the Minecraft server software (not necessarily the server itself) while it's running. This may or may not be due to the (experimental) modifications to PaperSpigot that I've made. Either that or I misconfigured something and it went horribly wrong. I expect this to be fixed within the week.
