Anime Reviews - Thread Design

I figured I could try to write some more reviews, so I decided to craft a thread design template and make a test review. This is that template, whenever or not this will be used is something I don't know. It barely meets my personal "minimum quality" check, though it isn't awful. Just something I am personally not happy with, in the spirit, I am seeking the opinions of others, whenever or not its "good enough".
