For you underage kiddos here this is for you:

2016 is perhaps the worst year of recent times. There have been countless celebrity deaths, Brexit, Trump is a presidential front-runner, Theresa May is bookies favourite for Prime Minister, and Wales got knocked out of the Euros.
But none let me repeat, none of the above are anywhere near as bad as this one.

Porn sites are about to start making you verify your age, reportsGizmodo.
As part of the new Digital Economy Bill, every porn site will soon be running checks to identify the age of its users so that children wont end up on the raunchy sites, and it is thought that they will be enforced early next year.

I guess it sounds like a good idea but I cant help but think that it would be a colossal turn off if I click onto Pornhub only to have to get up, find my I.D. and prove my age
The bill says:
Code:
A person must not make pornographic material available on the Internet on a commercial basis to persons in the United Kingdom except in a way that secures that, at any given time, the material is not normally accessible by persons under the age of 18.

Under the scheme, X-rated websites would force visitors a choice of identity providers to register, such as their mobile phone operator, the Department for Work and Pensions, or even their credit cards (which is what gambling sites use to verify customer ages) all in order to confirm they are adults.
In the past digital rights groups have voiced their concern over the idea of enforcing age verification on adult sites, saying that it would be an infringement on privacy and free expression.
But what do you think?

Do not allow the eye to fool the mind.
