what that mean?

To put it simply, it's confirming the transaction that will go to that gambling website. Once 1 is confirmed, it means the other party will receive the BTC no matter what. The reason that it isn't instant because you can send BTC someone with an extremely low fee and it will never confirm and refund back to the original address.

Don't worry, it takes about 30 minutes for 1 confirm max.
