Is it only perm banned on GTA V and the vac banned games or all games ?

Just GTA V and the games in the picture, all other games are fine, It's alright if you don't play the games that are bannned, its a nice decent account, shit ton of trading cards though.

Since I'd like to try and get the perm ban on GTA V removed (you're not a terrorist are you ...) , can I have some more info on what the account had before the ban and if a character has been transferred to it ?

No, I'm not a terrorist and sure; I'll try to remember, It had 4 or 5 apartments, did all the heists, it's got a lot of pimped up super cars apart from the ones with the latest update, it's got about, 400k?
All weapons and so on, level 118 or 119, maybe lower, can't exactly remember, It has the yacht and the CEO with the name "The Goverment", its got a warehouse with about 2 cargo crates in and all clothes, and yes the account was transferred from my console to PC
