I did look into that but than I don't want some guy to have access to the download link 24/7 so it can be shared around friends, I want to give temporary access

Well, I mean you can password protect the files and then once they get what they need you change the pass; just in the document be sure to have them message you for the latest password. But tbh, they can just upload it anywhere else after you give it to them from whichever method.
