Garry's mod admin addon/group properties

Hi,
I would like to know, if someone have addon to edit properties of a group a player (like spawn armor, max health,...).
Until now, i used a steam addon called "Vermilion Server Management 2", very powerfull but it's discontinued.
It doesn't work well anymore. Do you know some similar?
