Maplestory Website

Looking for somebody to design + code a maplestory site.

Theme should be light and it does need to have some sql coded in (can probably copy from a different CMS)

The website will be paid for but not sure how much at the moment.

I am currently still discussing with my friend whether or not they want a new site so it's not a guarantee that it will be needed.
