"zeros_bloodlab_3.3.2.zip\zeros_bloodlab_3.3.2\lua\autorun\server\npc_help.lua" executes code located:
"zeros_bloodlab_3.3.2.zip\zeros_bloodlab_3.3.2\materials\npc\help.vtf" which is not a real .vtf because if you open it a text editor:
