Though:

1. Wear protection.
2. If the rubber had a hole in it or whatnot - sure, because you weren't expecting to get pregnant and you should have a choice to not go through with it.

Can't really regulate it by law though, maybe limit how much you can actually get an abortion.

but like I said, I haven't done any research, I'm sick right now, been doing math for ...5 hours? and I'm not thinking straight anymore.
