yeah no.

This looks like a bad host-- ESPECIALLY for a VPS host. And there are a lot more cheap ones.

Next time plan it out. 10GB is NOT ENOUGH AT ALL for 1GB ram. 50GB/75GB is about right for 1GB ram.
