No sori ((( I haven't worked with UE myself-that's why I don't really look at it about assets!.As far as I know, the files in the engines do not differ from the word at all!. They should work on both Unity andย  UE -the same way!(but you'll have to turn them over to the right engine!- and as far as I remember, you will get the same thing, you only lose the skybox of the sky + there will be a difference in color on the anrial, well, in principle, everything!! )-All 3D models must remain the same!
