- Seeing as this is a 'cracking forum' which is also blackhat in a sense. I assume you are either hosting off-shore on a DMCA ignored service or you are self-hosting. Correct?
- Do you have the ability to be able to fight something should someone decide to take your forum to court?
- Is your IPB license nulled or do you have a legitimate copy?
- You say you have 300'ish members, but are they active members and contributing?
- How much 'profit' have you made in the last few months, minus expenses of hosting and upkeep?
- Why are you seeking a 'partner' with someone whilst your forum is still relatively small?
If you can answer those questions it'll help people decide if they'd like to help or not.
