It's based off the character "Wiccan" who took his name from "Wicca". Wiccan's color scheme is also that of blue and red. Not to mention that "Wicca" belief is so spread and different in forms. Hence, it is impossible to capture all of it in a single element. Thus I reverted focus unto a off-spring off it, "Wiccan". Naming it "Wicca" is more of a odd joke to the name reference.
