Rinnegan Userbar

While I am taking a small break from my larger project, I decided to give UB making another try with some new knowledge added into the mix. This is a UB designed and inspired by Uchiha Sasuke's Rinnegan. Any comments are welcomed, and I will probably keep on working on this one for a while.
