I could make it so only people with a custom role can do it for the bot i will be creating, also it would only be for your own server, but i don't think it'd be possible to add fully custom commands, only if you coded it in python & put it as a repo into the cog, if you did that you'd have to ask me so i can implement your custom code ^^
