#10 Why do you want to be a moderator?
I would like to become a sectional moderator on NulledBB due to the fact I've been a lurker for a while. If I'm only speaking within the context of the Member Contests section, then I have seen a numerous amount of fake contests, or contests that were never ended due to the owner not logging in or just not feeling like giving the item til a staff member has threatened to take action. I feel like if I were to moderate this section I would be able to help weed out the fake contests from the legitimate ones, on top of allowing the contest participants the ability to enter a contest without getting their hopes up about something minor that should and could have been awarded to them. I have been on Nulled for a decent amount of time, one year as of recently, and I have seen a fair bit of people I've metcome and go. Some of them having been due to fake contests, others for various other reasons. Moderating this section would hopefully prevent more people from getting banned for hosting a fake contest or giveaway, as well as allowing me to contribute more to the community itself - as I haven't been able to release too many resources or other bits of help. I would like to give back to this community with this position.
How much time a day do you spend on the site?
It's fairly hard to say just how long I spend on the site per day, but it is usually a fair portion of it. Even during school hours I am logged in to Nulled and checking it sporadically. I would estimate, on average, I am present on Nulled for around 8-10 hours a day. The majority of the time I am lurking and reading threads, whereas I will sometimes make a post and allow my presence to be known. On weekends I can be on anywhere from 4 hours to 18 hours, as I don't do much during those times. The amount I'm on may decrease however as I plan to find a gym membership and starting spending time with my friends (which I need to make), but I will still be getting on NBB via my mobile device.
Your experience as a moderator
On a MyBB type of site I have been a moderator on a few smaller forums, I have also been an Administrator on a few others as well. I was tasked with verifying the legitimacy of posts and threads, locking/unlocking threads which have not met requirements or have proven something to support the unlocking of it, handling members, viewing the various online members and compare them to a multi-list, as well as more.My main experience for forum moderation was when I owned a 2.7k Gaming community and had to manage the forums and server. I also was tasked with handling support and assistance to members that needed it, so if they were unsure of something I handled it within the hour if I wasn't busy, if I was preoccupied it was always handled the same day. I have also been known to backseat mod a smaller site to the point that they went ahead and created my own rank. I was in charge of the other staff members and practically had to be a team leader of the mods as well as the site owner himself.
Do you have ideas to make the section a better place? If yes, which?
I have a few ideas in which could help the limiting of fake contests, etc.

I have a few ideas in which could help the limiting of fake contests, etc.
- Proof of an item, code, etc. must be able to be shown. If someone is having a contest for say a game, they must have proof of said game - whether the proof be given by posting a screenshot of the redemption code (but not the complete code), or by sending the code to a Staff Member for the thread to be deemed as legitimate.
- Remove the 'New Thread' button on the Member Contests and Giveaways and replace it with, as Wrath said, a variant of the submit resources button. Things that could be included in it are: Contest/Giveaway prefix, Title, Start Date and End Date, Description of contest, how many users will be selected, as well as what's being awarded to the winner(s).
- Once the end date has been met a user has 48 hours to release the prize, unless they contact a staff member beforehand due to some circumstances - then in which case they can provide the item to said staff member to award the winner.
- If a user hosts a fake contest, then their thread must be moderated in the section before it becomes visible to the public, after ample proof is given.
- Once the end date has been met, a notification on the index/message can be sent alerting them "You have X amount of time to choose a winner for your thread "Prefix - Thread Name".
