Reputation Reports

I'm a bit bored of reputation reports. Has anyone ever looked at the reputation help doc? http://nulledbb.com/misc.php?action=help&hid=12
We're getting reports like "Spam". Stop this bullshit.
Also, don't even report the reputation on other peoples profiles. If they have a problem with it, they're going to report it themselves.

I'm going to give everyone 10% warning level as of now, if your report does not break any of the three reputation rules.
