What could make the Call of Duty games better?

Well I agree with Zenith they have kind of dug themselves a hole here and it's going to be difficult to get out of. Personally, I think they need to reinvent the game with a different system that's not too much change but enough so that people don't criticise that it's copy paste. I'm not sure about you but I never played COD in single player I think they just need to focus on the multiplayer aspect.
