Yeah I work for an ISP in the U.K in Tech Support but also as a line manager. I have a lot more shit to do and have to constantly be ready for anything. Like right now on I'm on my work laptop at the same time sending emails out to people for tomorrow (well today). Constantly have to keep on top of things. My day off consists of having to check for emails every hour and reply to a lot of stuff. Generally I love my job but sometimes (like Christmas) it gets crazy.
