You'd only be credited back for your loss of service for the broadband. If it costs you more money for your phone they won't credit that. You could push for an additional credit though. All ISP's follow the same rules and regulations.
It's odd though, some friends are with sky and theirs is fine. But on a site I'm looking at, a lot of people are experiencing the same issues as me but in London.
