The difference is, the seller of those headphones actually gave a shit about the product because in the counterfeit market, you really have to "dress to impress" the consumer. They're gonna have less customers than Beats, so they have to make their sales count.

JVC is good. It used to be great, before they started manufacturing in China. The difference is durability and longevity, but I hear some people complaining about how the sound quality was degraded since the switch. I don't think it was that much of a difference in that department, but that could just be me.
