MCMMO plugin latest

You do realize McMMO has always had a free version, right? It's literally written on the spigot resource page of McMMO

The very first paragraph says:

If you need the latest McMMO plugin but do not want to pay for it, at least download it from the official download page provided by the developer himself:https://ci.drtshock.net/job/MCMMO/
