Should i root my phone !!

I suggested CM since I thought he might have some issues with his phone like ads (which I had) and CM fixed that.

But you still have to root to get on the ROM first. And even then it's still rooted. Most of what you can do on CM is also possible on rooted deodexed and debloated stock ROMs which might actually run even better than an OS that had to have user made drivers baked into it.
