Added:

Added our new CDN to the site. Currently serving all the css and js files, avatars, profile covers and theme related images.
Added support for gif avatars on profiles.
Added dropdown to alerts.
Added "filtering" to the bug tracker.
Added new popup notification messages on the forum.
Added the function to mark forums as read on the footer.

Improved:

Improved upgrade page design.
Improved the style of forums on index. Wanted to try this style with the avatars for a really long time now (and even made it once on the very first version of v3) and I think it fits pretty well with the theme.
Improved descriptions of various forums.
Notifications dropdown now opens the links to notifications in same tab; Also fixed issues with users unable to open "View all notifications".
Improved, reduced and removed javascript code at various places.
Improved icon fonts.
Improved caching of usernames.

Fixed a bug where forum rules in specific forums didn't show correctly.
Fixed long usernames on index breaking rows.
