What it does:

Eliminates the need for downloads before joining
Gives you the ability to make players download Workshop addons much more dynamically,afterconnecting to your server!
Without the annoying downloads before joining, your server will have a lot more new players!

How it works:

The server downloads information about the download(s) from Steam Workshop
Connected players download this information 20 seconds after joining
They download the content from Steam Workshop directly (should be very fast)
This addon writes the content on their PC, so they won't have to re-download it again
The content gets mounted,every missing models, materials, sounds, resources will reload and work!. This addondoes NOT work with maps

I know that there is one better, but i coudn't find it
