You don't have to have money to do shit for her. Just do something nice that will make her feel special. Trust me, it'll be :rating:
I mean, that'll be a whole lot better than just let her play and spend time with her male buddies without you.
Doing something will be a whole lot better than just be pissed with yourself about not being able to do something for her on Vday.
