Fallout 4 or Skyrim?

I played skyrim but I didn't really like the game, to much loading screens, it was kind of a walking simulator imo. I haven't played it that much but enough to know it wasn't my cup of tea. I played a little bit of fallout 4 but never bought the game. I liked it though, but as I said didn't play for more than 1 hour.
