It really depends but if the dev is a full time job and not working with any other servers the payment would be so high as in about 100-300$ per day. Aka not worth it.
Its a block game dont get devs like dat.

It mainly depends on who it is you're going for. Long time devs will cost a lot more than newer devs, butlong time devs have less bugs and errors.
