[MYBB] Any way to add this to recent threads sidebar

Hello,

I am curious if its possible to maybe use a if statement to only show threads for a certain usergroup?

For example:
Members will see regular member methods but if a VIP member posts something in VIP then the thread does not showup on the sidebar and so on.

I know there is a setting to only show sidebar to certain usergroups but not to hide posts and threads posted by a different usergroup.

Someone?
