I need a new phone

If you don't care much about apps, and going for looks, check out Nokia Lumia.. They are cheap, and they are only Windows Phones out there. I personally like Nokia Lumia because of its looks, price, and flexibility.

But there is drawback, though.. Apps are very limited, and you might end up having to rage if you can't install apps you want.. Again, apps are not problem for you, than this is the phone I recommend.
