Garrys mod or Couter strike?

Garry's Mod, because you have more freedom and creativity and if you are a good programmer you can make your own gamemode like Counter Strike. Cause all GMod is is a mod of HL2 but use CSS, TF2, L4D, portal, and all the HL games textures to make the game run. I love making servers for GMod as well and CSGO servers are so hard now cause the limitation on servers with the GSLT Terms of service.
