Simply place the 'crash_menu' folder into your server's 'addons' folder and edit the 'cm_config.lua' file to your liking!
FAQ
Q: The menu sometimes shows up when the client lags and/or during a map change. How do I fix this?
A: Increase the value of the 'DelayTime' in the configuration file until this stops happening.
Q: Why does the server kick the client before the automatic reconnection timer reaches 0?
A: Add 'sv_timeout 600' to your server's 'server.cfg' file.
