Looking to buy custom Xenforo Skin - $300-$500 Budget

Hey everyone,
Im looking for someone with enough experience to create a complete custom xenforo skin for my community.
I will be able to pay between 0-$500 although it depends on the quality of the theme and if it works efficiently or not.

I have a couple of themes that are from different forum software but they're close to what I want for my custom xenforo skin so maybe it'll help by designing the theme.


PS: I Might aswell buy a IPB 4.2 Custom Skin depending on if I can find a xenforo custom theme maker or not.
