I used to be on win7 home and ever since i updated to win10 i've had improvements in performance but get blue screen sometimes :(
the last 2 computers that people asked me to upgrade had some blue screens after the instalation, one of them never had it again but one had to change the RAM memory. I'm not an expert on this but in my experience windows 10 is more sensitive to this kind of ram problems or bad disk sectors. my wife has this problem at the moment on a high-end desktop. i have scanned the computer using a bootable pen with diagnostic tools and the only thing i found was bad sectors on a RAID instalation so this might also give you some aditional help.
