CS:GO THE LOVE OF MY LIFE BUT very choppy gameplay

On CS:GO (or any valve game tbh) my gameplay is always very choppy and kinda sluggish but my fps is always 90 and above idk why it does this but it really pisses me off. I just got this new PC around Christmas and literally every other game i play is completely fine but valve games like cs:go, TF2, CS:S even doesnt run well. On my old pc though they run fine

GTX 1050 ti
i5
quad core processor


thats all i know off the top of my head lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
