Look at kickass.to which has a new site now kat.cr. They were closed down in the past but they are still here leading, evolving and changing. Not just surviving or simply staying alive..

Well, NBB is a good place, it still need a lot as You stated indeed. However, It's kind of new, and most of its new coming members are either leechers or people who go inactive for other forums, but I'm quiet sure that people like You will make it happen. Trust me, admins are fixing stuff continuously.

I hear the term 'leechers' a lot through out the posts, are you talking about people just taking stuff like when they download somethingin a p2p swarm?
