What's the difference between "Retail" and "Nulled"

Nulled means that license function is either disabled or edited in a way that license function is bypassed, any and all callbacks to the vendor are removed, = free without paying out money

Retail means that it is directly from the vendor, not modified, requires a license,serial or url of some kind, all callbacks/copyright in tact. = Money is involved to purchase such an item usually
