Companies don't usually sue, they just send out fines, and if you don't pay, I'd expect them to sue?

Aha, yeah dude. As long as you're doing companies that don't send out fines and you've done before you should be fine.
Amazon are the easiest and like never send out fines, except i've never done amazon and you usually should refund them.
