All you gotta do is never take constructive feedback for granted. People have the tendency to take it as criticism and they defend their work.
Constructive Feedback is the key to learning from mistakes and growing.
Another thing is people claiming to be professional and graphic gods. Those egos will dig a bigger whole when someone gives feedback to your work. You'll most likely go off on them. "Let me see you make recreate this design then bitch!" "Lmao u don't even design bro fuck off!" "Lmao what are you talking about? It looks fine to me."
Egos block potential. You don't learn. It doesn't mean you have to always believe you'll never reach that point, you just can't let titles limit what you are capable of. Let your audience decided your title, not you.
