Did someone actually make a thread like this? O.o

Anyways, I've worked for 4 different large Minecraft Networks as a Developer and one as an Administrator and trust me, it is a pain, especially as a developer. You're responsible for so many different things, you are spammed with questions you can't answer and the players ask you to fix things you simply can't fix.

I personally would accept a job offer / position from a network, but I would strongly discourage anyone without extensive experience denies it.
