Worst Overwatch hero?

Roadhog is pretty much a useless tank now. His one shot potential was really his main point, sure his self heal was okay, but to use that effectively you have to use it out of battle, and that isn't easy when you're in a team fight. He sees almost no play in higher levels of play now, his main role was a shield buster, and a tank buster, but now he can't even one shot 200 HP heroes.........
