Reaper is in a really strong spot, almost too strong of a spot because of how common dive comp is now. Reaper can pretty much solo winston, and dva no problem because of his new passive, and roadhog was a REALLY strong counter to reaper, but now not so much. The best counter I can think for him is mccree, and pharah. Of course Hanzo and widow are in that area too, but I wouldn't really consider one shot heroes a common counter since people suck with them usually.

Roadhog always manages to hook Pharah in the sky which kinda sucks.
Not sure how effective that is anymore with the nerf but I can definitely see how weaker roadhog god.
As a low health character I've been hooked, shot, and survived it. Which wasn't really possible in the past.
