What do you like in a Gmod server?

So basically, I'm starting a new Gmod Star Wars ImperialRP server and I'm wondering, what do you guys like in a server? I really want to make a nice, fun community, and I know that different people have different preferences, but there must be some stuff that everybody likes.
Just reply with whatever you want, and I'll try my best to get it added!
