I just wanted to post this for anyone who doesn't know.
You can get a Visa Bitcoin Debit Card. It's accepted anywhere Visa cards are accepted.
No transaction fees. $2 ATM fee. Load wallet fee I don't know the exact, but I know it's pretty low percentage as long as you use the same Bitcoin address each transaction instead of using the random generated addresses each time you've completed a transaction.
