Looking at the prices on Amazon I would recommend you getting an Nvidia GTX1070's setup, which would be better because the price difference with 1060 6gb is rather small but mining perfomance is far superior. I would recommend getting 2-6 NON reference cards (gigabyte aorus, asus strix, palit jetstream, HF2, etc) with an amd am3+ based motherboard and a used (preferably FX series) cpu with stock cooling solution. Keep in mind you would also need a power supply and pc case or open stand for your mining station. As for psu, I would go with best option from the start which is Corsair, EVGA or any other well known branded psu with gold or platinum 80+ standard and at least 1200w of power output.
