#6 I'd personally say that the header is stupidly big, and the width would look awful for several resolutions. Hence neither is well optimized for universal use. There are also several breaks in style, which ruins the flow. Such as the first header box after the main header, the "Shado Auto-Spreader" box having darker outlines that aren't shown anywhere else in the design. Another example of this is the entire "features" bar which is for some reason, an oddly red color compared to the rest, rather dark feel of the design. Another thing to note is that you've used different thin elements with the same red color. Now the issue here is the thinness of these elements as it makes them appear in a darker color thanks to the feather Photoshop places in them by default.
Another thing regarding flow is the awful placement of "Supported Browsers" and it's parent headers (software and technique). Normally you'd read a book from left to right, however the placement weights more towards reading it either right to left or left, middle, right or right, middle, left. Hence, there is no proper order to it, ruining the flow of the design and making it an annoyance to read. Another thing I noted is how the undertitle of "Unique Techniques" seems completely off when compared to the one under "Software Usage". The placement is keeping it off, where as one is perfectly aligned under, the other is just cramped, crashing with the style flow.
Now the worst thing about this entire design is obviously the "Packages" area. First of all, it shows thing red outlines across the boxes, something that isn't displayed anywhere else. Heck, last time it was white and dark outlines. Next is the overuse of red color in general. It crashes with the overall weigh of the design as well thanks to the randomly huge "Expert Pack". I'd suggest to find some other way to display focus rather than compromising the weight of the design. The final thing is a more of a odd-ball really. The "Message Me" box possess 2 extra "circles" from the middle points of it. (Top and bottom). The same box style is used in the header and one of the tags, however, they do not possess these two extra circles. Which breaks with the design (again).
