Unity 3d or Unreal Engine 4? Maya or Blender?

Unreal engine 4 ! Personally I think is better because you can do awesome stuff trough it. Lets see: Friday the 13th or Borderlands 3 my friend \o (Of course gearbox have custom UE4)
