Ok, this sounds strange but credits could be given when post author get 5 reputation points or something like that.

You right, this is about activity but for now 90% activity forum is leechers and 15 posts spam so i think everything is connected.

Yep. It's due to this implementation that we are seeing these leechers. It's not that this is flawed, it's just causing "excess waste". I'm clueless as to what we can do. We have to balance control and restrictions.
